Terms and conditions of the scholarships are:

Full Scholarships

Full scholarships are awarded to academically exceptionally students who can demonstrate a strong desire to contribute to the healthcare industry. The scholarship will cover the standard academic fees for the duration of the course.

Date of Scholarship intake: April 2013 or July 2013

Academic criteria
   
SPM / UEC

  • 6A’s and above
  • An A in either Maths or Science
  • A in English

*Trial exam results are accepted for application. Actual results are required to be re-submitted by the 29th of March 2013.

Additional Criteria
   
Exceptional co-curriculum activities
Maximum cut-off age for application is 20 years old as of December 31st 2012.

Partial Scholarship

Partial Scholarship are awarded to financially challenged students who wish to pursue their studies in the health sciences. The scholarship will cover a balance of the academic fees and the rest will be covered by financial aids or loans from other institutions.

Date of Scholarship intake: April 2013 & July 2013

Academic criteria   

SPM

  • 5 Cs and above
  • Credit in Maths and Science
  • Pass in English and Bahasa Malaysia

UEC

  • 5 Bs
  • Credit in Maths and Science
  • Pass in English and Bahasa Malaysia

*Trial exam results are accepted for application. Actual results are required to be re-submitted by the 29th of March 2013.

Additional criteria
Applicants will need to prove their financial need for the scholarship during the interview process.

Closing Date
All applications (mail or online) must reach us by the 19th April 2013 for the April intake or 14th June 2013 for the July intake.

Successful applicants will be called for a scholarship interview after the closing date.
