Criteria: Minimum requirements for application:
* Applicant has to be a bumiputra citizen in Malaysia
* Age not more than 20 years old on the 1st of January 2013
* Student has to have registered and taken the following subjects in their SPM Examinations 2012.

For Science Stream (M001)
* Bahasa Melayu, English, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics OR Biology

For Accounting Stream (M003)
* Bahasa Melayu, English, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics AND ANY TWO subjects below
* Accounting Principles, Basic Economics, Commerce, Entrepreneurship Studies, Science, Additional Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Technical Subjects (Civil Engineering Studies/Mechanical Engineering Studies/Electric & Electronic Studies/Engineering Technology/Engineering Drawings)

For Technical Stream (M007)
* Bahasa Melayu, English, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and ANY ONE subject below
* Civil Engineering Studies/Mechanical Engineering Studies/Electric & Electronic Engineering Studies/Engineering Technology
