AUCMS Will Close Shop Soon? AUCMS Students Barred From Serving Their Practical Years in Government Hospitals

Students of Allianze University Medical Sciences (AUCMS), a private learning institution in Kepala Batas, are now suffering from the institution’s bad financial record, according to a report from The Star newspaper. Medical students were barred from serving their practical years in some government hospitals.

According to the anonymous AUCMS employee, students were not allowed to enter the wards as the hospital’s departments refused to accept students from AUCMS.

Since last month, reports of the university’s alleged financial woes have emerged on The Star.

Academic and administrative staffs have not received their salaries for the past five months.

“Our patience is running thin. It’s been five months now and we haven’t received a sen yet,” the anonymous reporter said. He added that the employees are planning to boycott the classes and take legal action against the college.

A petition demanding their salaries has already been signed by more than 65 employees. However, AUCMS management has not responded to the petition.- Afterschool.my
